Is There a Storyteller in a Game Like Universal Paper Clips?

The rules of the game to allow you to go so far beyond what you would think the scope of the game would be. I don't know if Frank is ever experimented with writing fiction right but he's someone who randomly picks up a Nick Bostrom book. He has more of an interest in futurism like Silicon Valley Ted talk futurism or effective altruism and I'm not quite sure what his position is on that.
