Can you pay attention to the stillness and silence underneath the noise? Can you breathe through it and allow whatever may come up to keep on coming in? No force on exhale. Follow your belly, your chest, all the way into your head. Any time you inhale, expand and find as much room as possible. Whenever you exhale, just let it go. Commit breathe and focus. Focus on yourself. Focus on your power. And now we're going to start breathing deep.
