Filming Travolta in Vancouver
Travolta hadn't acted in a major Hollywood film for many years. His manager offered to produce the film for half of the anticipated budget. The decision was made to relocate the shoot to Vancouver. Kirstie Alley was the female co-star, but Gina Davis at one stage came close to landing that role.
