CBC's $1.6 Billion Investment in Lagoon
Lagoon, the top football league in France, has had a bit of a challenging run over the last couple of years with their major media rights deal falling through. And it ended up, they had to take a cut price deal with Amazon to take on the live matches to be broadcast in France. The interesting part of the La Liga deal mainly is that clubs like Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona and Athletic Bibao did not stay in that deal. Whereas in this league earn deal, they do have all the clubs. It actually, PSG really benefits out of this deal the most where the reports are that they get something like 30%.
