Can Cultured Meat Really Win Over Vegetarians?

Cultured meat has been approved to eat and for sale in Singapore. But it was their first time ever serving it outside of Singapore. The big challenge with it at the moment is that it's vastly expensive to produce. ETS hopes by 2028 they hope to be able to scale it up enough to start replacing chicken properly.
