How Much Salt Is in Gatorade?
Gatorade is an insult to the kidney, quite frankly. It's someone's going to get into trouble in a sporting event that they actually have to have sodium. And it's never been shown that any of these sports drinks do anything more than water. When soldiers get dehydrated or when you're out doing exercises, then instead of pushing like Gatorade and water and things like that, we have oral rehydration salts which are a little bit better.
