The main reason this show is really good for learning English is the pace. Not only do they use normal everyday language as well as office vocabulary but they don't speak too fast and it's a very real representation of how people speak. The biggest advantage to using friends as a language learning tool is that you've probably watched it in your native language already. To wrap this up I want to mention his very first episode.
