There is a question then, to what extent a scientific theory could be accepted without a underlying mechanism to explain it. I thinkm michael, you said at one point, maybe in your book, about one of your books about belief, that there are two ways our minds can mis fire. And both are type one and type two errors. An over active mental immune system will block out good information, and an under active one will let in bad information. Ye eye. We can block out a truth or let in a falsehood. That was pretty mine.
