The desire for triumph gets us into a lot of trouble. It's all ego. So what we're do in this meditation? It's going to have basically two parts. The first part is going to be a visualization of sorts. And then we're going to let go of that triumph. We're going to sort of almost grieve it, let it go,. Let detach from it, and just let it go - so that we're not controlled by that desire any more.
