The top trends is that one of the things that keeps getting brought up is gender disparities. Of largely this has hit women a lot harder, we know that in the states at least, it's people of color a lot harder and so and people with om children harder. And i thinkyou have just this added level of stressthe context of being a parent an having to navigate child care,. especially during covid where your axis to child care is sporadic at best.
