I Was Watching the Shadows Walk
I was watching the shore. Te mall was asleep. She dozed off. She lay across the bench. I just remember sitting right in front of her and between her legs, you know, a small kit. And we were able to get comfortable in nursl truck. They looked like shadows walking up the shore line. There were cocoanut trees in the way but i could see the little, little public works building. Yes, their shadow was cast. All three of them t they looked like three people walking toward you,. all making the same movement, arms, legs. Looked almost like military marching.
