How to Be a Master Craftsperson

In essence, there was this decision to be in the retail business. Then you became over time transition from merchant to master crafts person of actually crafting it yourself or something. I think merchants and interesting one, I would almost describe it as a personal shopper. The more that you can engage and talk with the customer on a level that is really authentic and intimate is better for your solution.
