People who experience impostor phenomena tend to discount the really positive things that they have achieved, all their accomplishments. So it's helpful if you make people of you sort of ask them to attend to and to document all those things that they actually have done well. And i think in addition too, like dealing with your automatic negative thoughts. You know, learning how to priortiz priortiscause one of the biggest outcomes from imposter syndrome is burn out.
