Capital is going to be less concentrated in specific pockets, right? I think it's more and more value space. The rich people now have like, their own clohes. Look at the clubs in manhattan. There's this kind of fresh new wave of private clubs. And once you walk in, you're like, what this exists? i don't really totally understand the sort of rise of all the sort of private clubs in new york. But just to bring it back, don't i media when the net flixed here comes out at four bucks or five bucks or eight bucks cheaper to watch advertising?! No, no, i wouldn't.
