Is There a Cause for Heart Attack?

The man was found to be unresponsive in the grocery store. He had a history of substance abuse, but nothing as far as we know in the last few years. His family members said that he had some chronic swelling in his legs and took Lasix for that. The idea that he was given Lasix suggests that maybe his heart problems predated today.
