The Importance of Being a Savage in the Talent Space
Both the individual and the organization are looking in most cases for a single fit, right? And the best way to signal if you're the right person or the right organization for that is to talk about that one thing that's that makes you different. So having that in your mind, what is the value proposition you're bringing and being able to signal your own talent is important if you're recruiting. I think we don't do enough job externalizing those kinds of questions in general. The importance of kind of being, for lack of a better word, a savage in the sense of just really going out if there's an opportunity you're really interested in really going after it.
