Do Coaches Need Coaching?

The richest relationship that I'll always have is the one with yourself. If you can count on yourself to really be your own friend, there's just nothing you cannot do. Do coaches need coaching? Absolutely. It's an okay to curse. That's fine. Yes. And if you could give one recommendation for someone to optimize their routine, their mindset or their lifestyle, what would you tell them?
