The most recent charges against Bill McCann have been headline news in the German press. There's just kind of a culture of restraint and that until somebody is convicted you don't really parade the details too much around. I imagine it will be early spring, March or April when it comes to trial but this is happening in Brantreich which is in lower Saxon each federal state has its own legal system so they all have their own internal clocks in Germany.
