The Mosaic Covenant and the Promise of the World

i want to read like one verse and make a few comments, just to kind of help setset the text and clarity and all that. So romans four 13 says this, for the promise to abraham and his offspring that he would be heir of the world, did not come through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. Verse 14 goes on and says this, if it is the adherents of the law who are to be the heirs, faith is null and the promise is void. What does paul mean here? Well, he means that the relationship between the mosaic law and the abrahamic covenant, it must not be one of contradiction. Me put it another way,
