The Biden administration is serious about wanting to close Guantanamo Bay. They've cleared 24 release, but there are still 34 prisoners left at the prison. Reparations can be part of any package that has to do with what happens with these individuals when an air plea deals are happened. The injustice of keeping people in a definite detention without a trial is really a moment the United States needs to put behind itself.
