At stitchfix, i do a rotation between different teams to just sit with them and work on their projects. So now, as a result, people will come to me with suggestions of small things or small problems they're running intoa's well. It's really just having my tentacles and everywhere, i guess, to make sure that i'm understanding the needs and the problems of other developers so that myself the rest of tam can solve their problems.
