Is There a Difference Between Government and Government?
I think it has updated my view on several things in terms of like big international institutions. The incentives for somebody like an advisor to the health minister or civil servants, the incentives is to create a dashboard because it's something you can show to the minister. Whereas publishing a CSV file is not really valued by people. And so it's a weird situation where we really think they should not focus on that. But at the same time within the government, the incentives are opposite.
