I found that at a certain point people reach a level of cognitive complexity that's outside of like where I'm comfortable and I don't know what's going on with them. People are often having an agenda in conversations, they have a positions is trying to push. They're good at the opposite of the thing I'm good at. That was actually a subject I wanted to talk to you about in this podcast. So I think in moral ways is he talks about how various kinds of priorities change as you rise up the management hierarchy. And at higher levels are sort of vagariously then at lower levels.
