Joan Wilder was in a comatose state for 16 days when she woke up. A doctor told her there was a warrant out for her arrest and that the police were on their way to tell her what had happened. She couldn't believe it, but then realized: "This is all part of my dream." The story follows Joan as she tries to come to terms with having been killed by another driver while driving under the influence.
