The Future of Chat GPT
Chat GPT is a tool trying to predict what you expect it to say next. And when we're impressed with that technology, we're talking about how well it does that. When it fails, which is still fairly often as impressed as we are, it turns out a hallucination. So the way that we did that's a problem with it is our ability to learn our algorithms and models within the domain and within the customer data set improves our accuracy.
