Creating a Community in the First Day of Class

Anything that's worth learning is going to have a rough time at the beginning. As we establish community, it's not going to be easy at first but once you work at it for a while, it gets easier and easier. It starts from before the first day of class even. And again, if we're not doing that before that first day, we're kind of wasting some opportunities.
