The Importance of Sharing Your Key Hypothesis
Zain Verjee: We've got some interesting feedback from companies around the world trying it out. So I will not walk you through the whole canvas because I think that will be difficult to follow, but I want to point out some of the things that we find important in that framework. One is to have a shared understanding of what actually the future experience should be from a user's perspective. And then lastly, one important thing that we also have been there is already at an early stage we talk about outcomes. It helps us all get into a certain picture that we can all relate to and hopefully also find motivating.
