In a developed country like germany, the scarcest resource is not only time, it's lifetime. People want to be in control of their life, because they want to create it. So we need to move away from pure delegation and pure management to a system where we are able to give people space that we all need. We have to get recruiting into the equation of leadership as we can't change people any more.
