The Differences Between Quantitative and Qualitative Research

When I approached my professors to do a PhD, the original idea was to follow on from my master's research. There really wasn't any evidence about how osteopaths actually are making decisions around patient care or treatment. And it turns out that just mere statistics, just mere p-values just don't really capture the complexity of clinical practice. We're ready to go all caffined up here? That's probably what we're going to end up doing.
