The idea of palliative care has become so synonymous with kind of end of life or even you know helping with death kind of hospice that they've thought about changing the name of the consult service here. Do you think there's any merit in that or not? It's a good question and there's a lot of controversy around it I think that there are a lot of people in the hospice world that feel like keeping them together.
