Frse anik, a book that you've read or resourced, it's the best a explanation of limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are things that you believe that are actually limiting you. And so literally, from chapter toponce, i hate being uncomfortable. I'm afraid of what people ill say. I don't have enough time. I can heal even if i've been broken. We all deal with them, myself included. But these are just beliefs. Beliefs can be rewritten, reframed and re-formed by the end - none of this walk is impossible.
