i like to clean the slate with a yoganita practice. Every so often i indulge with a forty minute yoganitra practice, perfect for getting ready for bed. I find that that's most helpful when you have more time available to devote. And maybe this is a reminder that you felt so good with your meditation practice previously, that you don't need yoganidra and you just even need to bring in a five minute meditation or a ten minute meditation into your day.
