Interns and Full-Timers - What's the Difference?

I think as an intern a plate is set for you. We figure out what's the thing that you're going to work on and why it's important. As a full-timer, you end up having more to do in deciding what's important or actually making choices about the systems that you're working on. It's kind of like open-mindedness and like collaboration is something that I really, really like about Jane Street.
