Exit Interviews Are a Great Way to Find Out What People Wanted
An exit interview is a really fantastic way to figure out what people wanted that they didn't get from you. I do it with quite a few groups too. And obviously we have our own groups that we can do on an even deeper level, where we have questions that people answer. We do this with our subscription product called solid gigs, where when you leave, we ask for your feed back, why did you leave? That has helped us inform new features for the product as well - so that future customers are more satisfied with their experience. It's really exciting when you start to notice trends, and then you act on those trends, and then they work.
