I think it is healthy to have that level of anxiety, not crippling anxiety. This is how you know that maybe you're growing as an individual and you're getting better. The day you stop thinking you need to learn or adapt, a lot goes out of life if you get to that point. So there isn't like a sure fire formula to help alleviate these emotions.
