How My Relationship to My Work Has Changed

LZ Granderson: How has your relationship to your work changed today compared to when you were a big law lawyer or even as a teacher? LZ: I'm lucky. I get to do what I love to do. And I think I'm pretty good at, and those are two really different things. If you find something that fits your skill sets really well but don't find it interesting, that's also not going to be as fulfilling and successful. Not everybody has the same starting place, but the starting place that I had allowed me to build skills and experiences.
