How to Pay for Long-Term Care

If their main concern is about in-person help and care as they age, I certainly hope that they do have a plan to pay for long-term care. If you are counting on your daughter to help provide hands-on care, she needs to know this in advance because that's going to have to factor into her own financial planning. My mother, it was 12 years from the time she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's until she passed away. There needs to be the resources there to pay for care if they need it.
