The Perjury Charges Against David Tamaheri
After almost 30 years, the suppression order was lifted and witness s's identity was able to be revealed for the first time. David tamaheri is now aged in his late sixties and continues to maintain his innocence. A vocal advocate against wrongful convictions, he intends to fight until his conviction is overturned. He has appeared as a guest speaker at the international wrongful conviction day wearing a shir that read, it happened to me, it could happen to you. The appeal has been delayed due to the ongoing 19 piondemic.
