As things are getting rougher as a result of changed financial conditions it's like now is the time to figure out what this next period is going to look like, says Judd Apatow. The change of digital to digital production has created all kinds of new labor conditions you get really small writers rooms with way fewer episodes being produced so actors even if they're being paid on a per appearance rate don't make millions.
