I think this is a chicken before the egg thing, Mike. Where does it start in terms of how do you get those people on board? Then I think Sest Point is actually helping shape the culture. Yes, but I don't think you shape everyone's culture all at once. There are some reports that you will be able to do that with and do it very successfully. Some people are just unwilling or not wanting to take that extra hunger or thirst or need to get to that next level of things.
