I don't think i'm a good negotiator in the traditional sense of negotiation. If we were to goete lika in south carolina, jocky lots, like flea markets or whatever, and you go out, i'm not any good at that. I call that haggling when you have to go back and forth, back and forth from it. For me, there's a book that may be references i called getting to yes. The idea that really stuck in my mind is that negotiations are wher. Ask them stories about younoww. What situations have you seen real estate investors screw up? And see if they know some.
