The Importance of Adaptation in Cardio Training

A study that was done on a modern hunter gatherer, a tribe called the hadsasaw. They live the way that humans probably lived hundreds of thousands of years ago. If our bodies didn't adapt to become more efficient with that type of activity, there's no way humans would have survived. The average person can work out twice a week and not get much more than that. So it's just an unsustainable approach for people like me who are very active all the time. For people like me, i'm getting an hour of exercise every day. It's hard to keep me out!
