The Leg Extension Machine Is Great for the Patela Tendon?
A lot of people that i see might play amateur sport, they don't necessarily go to the gim. So we use things like war squats or spanish squats to load it. But doing a warl squat isn't quite the same load as being able to use the leg extension machine. We can't get you better wih weighta weight bearing type exercise, we just can't get anough load through it. All scots are always o squats, a grites or telephermal kind, not affect to tendan. If bot squats might be better, it's probably for telephermal. Spanish squats are great lod, but they're really, really hot. It's
