elizabeth holmes set up a company to make getting blood less painful. She said she always hated getting blood drawn and hated needles. The technology was very hard to do, so they created several versions of devices that could do things to various dege s. But what came out at trial is that these proprietary devices could really only do 12 tests ever at the most. Even those 12, it was pretty unreliable in the results.
