Is There a Threshold Base for Reliability?

A colleague of mine working in s arli, some of our data products, has come up with this way of thinking about reliability that's based on taking your work loads and then profiling them. You find cohorts that have low variability in the distribution of whatever is your interest in. And you look for ways in which the work loe verge from that. It's mostly an alternative approach to using thresholds for monisering. Even eselo is fundamentally a threshold base, but they don't take into account what loads are important.
