After being released from prison, he posed as a victim so that authorities would not be able to execute him. A new documentary has emerged showing how inept police were when they first began their investigation into Oba Chandler's murder. The film is called 'The Man Who Knew Too Much' It airs tonight at 9pm ET/PT on CNN.
