How to Add Inhibitory Oscillations to Deep Neural Networks

Deep neural networks or convolutional neural networks do not build in time right and if we then want to relate what's going on in these networks to the temporal dynamics as measured in humans and on human primates we cannot do that. We have some ideas for how to augment deep neural networks to incorporate time so we call it dynamical deep neural networks. What you also want to do is to put in these inhibitory oscillations in the network which would serve to convert the parallel input into a temporal quote.
