If you delegate a project to somebody who has the skills to do it, but they're overwhelmed cause they've got 73 other projects on their plate, that project's not getting done. But if leaders aren't trained in situation or leadership, they suck at coaching and one-on-one meetings. And all of a sudden they've got conflict n team cause their teams aren't getting led properly. I'm really fortunate that i got all these skills at college. Pro painters, i got my real world m b aa pro as a start up founder or printer.

Meetings suck, don't they?

Fellow Canadian Cameron Herold wrote a book with that title. But he knows that they don't have to suck.

During our discussion, Cameron shares with me why meetings don't have to suck and how to keep them becoming something that sucks. We also talked about a variety of other things during our conversation because Cameron has covered a lot through his body of work.
