The Utopian Side of the Coin
Will AI be used by evil doers to cause challenges? The answer is yes, there's no question about that. Over the last hundred years between 1900 and today, 123 years, we've had 100 million people die during World War I, World War II, the Spanish flu, the Vietnam War. And so the problem is our human brains focus in on all of the near term challenges and problems that we focus on. We forget the utopian side of the coin. Both are a form of atheism, the one denies God and we're lost without God. That's the dystopia - humans left with their own powers will destroy themselves.
