The final sale price was just a little under ten thousand dollars. Teresa actually was not opposed to selling it with David's company. The appraisers aren't allowed to solicit business from guests at Roadshow and David would have never been given her contact information. She could have grabbed his business card as she exited the event but unfortunately that just didn't happen.
